Is it just me, or is one of the best things about spring & summer meals the ability to prepare them outside on the grill? What that means to me is that my grill master husband takes on dinner duty–score! Grill meals also allow for more spontaneity, I think. Such is the case with these yummy Balsamic grilled veggie kebabs. They’re an awesome side served up along with your favorite grilled chicken or burgers.
