There are some women who are so passionate about any given thing that it makes them easy to buy gifts for. And then there are the ones who seem to have everything they need. Those women in particular can be really hard to shop for when it comes time for gift giving. Not to worry, though; I’ve got your back. Today, I’m sharing my favorite gift ideas for women of all ages.
I either own or have tried almost all of the items on this list and they’re among my very favorite things ever. That, of course, is why I believe they’d be a perfect gift. Another great thing about these gift ideas for women is that most of these things are available on Amazon. I cannot tell you how much money I’ve saved by doing my shopping on Amazon and having the gift shipped directly to the recipient for free! It totally makes it worth it to spend the few dollars that Amazon charges for gift wrap.
Who would you say is the most difficult person on your list to shop for? I’m considering sharing another gift guide or two but I wanted to start with gift ideas for women because it was easy for me to put together. Let’s get right to the ideas, shall we?
Instant Pot $100 – The Instant Pot is to 2017 what the Chip’n’Dip was to 1958. There’s a reason this thing is so popular. It’s a kitchen workhorse. So many of my favorite recipes can be made in a quarter of the time it would take otherwise. Add to that the easy clean-up and we have ourselves a winner, my friends. If your sister, mother, aunt, grandmother or bestie don’t have one of these, you ought to remedy that ASAP.
Vellabox Candle Subscription Box $10-$30/month – Even the woman who has everything, probably doesn’t have a candle subscription box. Vellabox is awesome because they curate their candles to ensure that the product is non-toxic and lead-free. They deliver hand-poured, natural candles from America’s finest artisans. Who wouldn’t love a seasonal surprise candle showing up on the doorstep each month?
iHome Portable Vanity Mirror $150 – This one is on my own personal wish list. I love when the hotel I’m staying in has a vanity mirror. I get spoiled by using it to apply my makeup and skincare products without having to lean so far over the bathroom countertop. For some reason, I’ve never invested in one for my own home. This particular mirror can charge your phone, play music and act as a speakerphone in addition to providing full color lighting for makeup application. They had me at phone charger.
White Noise Machine $50 – I cannot sleep without white noise (princess and the pea, much?). Without naming any names, ahem, I happen to share my sleeping quarters with a snorer. Having white noise makes all the difference in the world when it comes to a good night of rest. This one doesn’t require anything other than electricity to bring static ambient noise to any room. It can easily be taken along on road trips or flights for use in hotel room so it also makes a great gift for women who travel often.
Clarisonic Mia 1 $130 – It’s easy to shrug a face cleaning brush off as unnecessary…if you’ve never tried one. I have one and I’ve gifted one to each of my girls because I think they’re an essential part of a good skincare routine. When I first got mine, I used to travel without it and in just a short day or two, I could feel a significant difference in my skin. I never travel without it anymore.
Vinturi Essential Red Wine Aerator $20 – If the woman on your gift list is anything like me, she can certainly appreciate a nice glass of red wine. Lots of wines, especially reds, open up with layers of flavor if they’ve had the chance to decant for a bit. A wine aerator bypasses that step and allows the full flavor profile to be appreciated. I use an aerator for every glass of red I drink. I love that this one has a filter to remove sediment, too.
Babyliss Rapido Hair Dryer $200 – The hair dryer I bought ages ago finally kicked the bucket a couple of months ago and I bought this one to replace it. I’m glad I did. It weighs next to nothing and has all the features I need to smooth my frizzy and wavy hair. I almost exclusively use the low power setting and find it to be powerful enough to do a great job straightening my hair very quickly. It’s Italian with a Ferrari engine, so there’s kind of a cool factor, too.
Derma-E Hydrating Night Cream $20 – I discovered this product a few years ago in a beauty box subscription and I’ve loved it ever since. It’ goes on creamy and thick, but not oily. I use it after washing my face each night and it leaves my skin feeling super supple and moist. If I get distracted before finishing my nighttime face washing routine and forget to put this on, I can almost immediately feel my skin tighten and dry out. It’s a great, inexpensive product that feels ever so slightly luxurious.
Breville Tea Maker $240 – I am not a coffee drinker, but I’m all about the tea. We drink a ton of loose leaf tea in our house and this amazing little appliance has been a total game changer. It takes all the guesswork out of brewing at the proper temperature. All you have to do is fill the pitcher with water, scoop loose leaf tea into the basket and select a setting. The Tea Maker takes it from there and produces a perfectly-brewed cup of tea every single time. This is my absolute favorite purchase I’ve made this year.
Adagio Gourmet Tea – This is another product I’ve come to love this year. We’ve been enjoying several different varieties of loose leaf tea from Adagio, with their Masala Chai and Rooibos Vanilla Chai holding steady as our current favorites. We stumbled upon Adagio while searching for an alternative the a more expensive and recognizable tea retailer and have been so happy with the quality and value of the Adagio products. We’re converts for sure. Whether you choose a loose leaf tea variety or a specialty tea gift, it’s sure to be a hit with any woman who appreciates a fine cup of tea.
Gracelaced Book $25 – My daughter gifted me this beautiful book for my 40th birthday. The best way to describe it is as a modern day devotional. It overflows with the most gorgeous illustrations, but it also encourages the reader to creatively journal answers to thought-provoking questions. I’ve really enjoyed this book and I would highly recommend it for women with a creative streak and a heart for God.
Rocky Mountain Essential Oils – This is the only brand of essential oils I use. They offer a huge selection of single oils and blends. For a woman who is just dipping her toes into the essential oil lifestyle, an essential oil kit might be the way to go. For a woman who already has quite a collection of essential oils, a car diffuser would make a perfect gift.
I hope that one or two of these gift ideas for women has been helpful as you shop for the awesome ladies in your life. What’s your favorite go-to gift for a hard-to-shop-for woman?
