Ok, I’ve got to ask. What happened to the head? We don’t have snakes in our area (well, maybe in the wild, but how often am I in the wild?!) so I’m intregued – and frightened for you!

Yuck. The headless part makes it even more creepy.
We haven’t spotted any rattlers in our neighborhood yet. But it’s probably only a matter of time.
